domestic airfares.

We do not
use data base fares, such as travelocity , sabre
, expedia price line etc, because our discount
airfares are much cheaper than data base fares,
just send us e-mail through our web site with your
request than we will reply with your itinerary and
prices as soon as we can.

data base air fares?

100% , Our discount air fares are much cheaper
than database fares.
+ After reservation,
is your airfare price is guarantee?
For guaranteed air
fares price, must be issued by the ticketing dead line
date, which we will notify by e mail
or fax. After ticketing dead line, we do not guarantee seats
and price for your reservation. Remember, fares are
not guarantee un till issue the tickets.
+ Can I refund
my tickets?
Once the
tickets has been issued, we can not refund 100% of
your ticket price, that means for refund, penalty
may apply with agency fee plus by air lines carrier.
Generally ,about 60% of the ticket price will be
refunded to you. it will take two to six months.
Remember some discount air tickets are non refundable,
exchange or change date will apply penalty fee.

used tickets?
100% non
refundable for used tickets.
+ Can I change
my schedule date?
Before the
tickets are issued, you can change it without penalty
fee. However after the tickets are issued,
change fee will require by air lines, which will
be arranged from USD 150.00 to USD 250.00, depending
on air line carriers.

will my tickets be delivered?
If we issue
with e –tickets known as electronic tickets, you
will receive our e mail that is Including flight
itinerary and receipt for your electronic tickets.
If we issue paper tickets, we will sent them via
FedEx which require USD 15.00 for shipping fee. You
can request regular US mail to save your money, however
you have to respond Lost tickets (just in case).
Remember, to reissue for the lost tickets you have
to call air lines and penalty fee will apply
by air lines.

E tickets (electronic tickets)?
E tickets
or electronic tickets also know as paper less tickets,
are now offered by major airlines. They allow you
to travel without paper tickets. Your record will
be in air lines Computer systems. when you purchase
e tickets with us , you will receive a confirmation
vie e mail or fax. Please print and retain this document
for use through out your trip.

Which document
is required at check-in counter at the air port?
At time of
check –in, you will be required to present a government –issued
photo ID, If a credit card was used to pay for this
transaction, you will also be required to present
that credit card.

What if I
lost my e (electronic) document?
Don’t worry
, you can contact us or air lines, either one will
send it to you with no addition fee.

pay for my tickets?
We accept
personal checks, cashier checks, money orders ,credit
cards. For personal check will take 5 to 7 business
day to be cleared from the bank.
For credit
card payment, please go back to our website and fill
out the Credit card authorization form and
send it to us by fax or attach with e mail, including
copies of front and back of credit card and driver
's license.
